Job Summary:

We’re seeking a very organized VA to handle wire transfers and payment processing while maintaining precise records using tools like Airtable and Google Sheets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Finance & Data-Entry Clerk)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time | Days – Sunday to Thursday

Salary:

Full-Time: P13,000 starting salary + 13th month with opportunities for a pay rise, govt. benefits, bonuses & commissions within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Process wire transfers and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and validate transaction details to ensure compliance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions using Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently while minimizing errors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, payments processing, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with wire transfer processes and financial protocols.
• Proficiency in using Airtable, Google Sheets, and other relevant software.
• Someone who is very organized & detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PH Time) 8hrs/day

The VA will need to have access to the workspace where they can work from a dual monitor terminal as opposed to a laptop.

Also, they will be paired with an Aus staff member who they will be video conferencing and screen sharing with for a good portion of their shifts.
