We are currently seeking a skilled Filipino virtual assistant who speaks Korean to join our team. This is a remote position; the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
The position will mainly be managing communication between our Korean and PH employees, overseeing operations, researching, and managing important documents.
Responsibilities:
– Manage employee time trackers and calculate payroll for the employees to be sent out every month.
– Facilitate communications between Korean and Philippine employees (English, Korean, and Filipino languages)
– Facilitate communications between Hong Kong and Korean employees (English and Korean languages)
– Assist in operations management, including tracking employee vacation time, coordinating recruitment efforts, and performing some HR duties
– Communicate with the project managers to ensure that projects are progressing according to schedule and that any issues are addressed promptly
– Conduct research as needed to support various projects
– Handle documents and ensure that they are properly filed and organized
– Possess knowledge of crypto and its related topics to assist in company work related to crypto.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in Korean and English (Certification is not required but its a plus)
– Must be able to type in Korean (Most communications are in chat, but there are occasional meetings)
– Fluency in Tagalog is a plus but not required
– Expertise in Excel/google sheets
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
– Proven experience in payroll, HR, and operations management
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Proficient in research and documentation
– Knowledgeable in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain experience
