As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant who shares our values of empathy, professionalism, and excellence in healthcare. We are in the same time zone as Philippines which means that you will be working regular hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Intake of New Patients and Referrals: Act as the first point of contact for new patients and referrals, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process.
Appointment Management: Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments. Send timely reminders to patients to enhance attendance rates and practice efficiency.
Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and texts from patients and other healthcare professionals, maintaining confidentiality and compassion at all times.
Document Management: Obtain, prepare, proof read, and review preliminary medical documents such as consultation letters and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness to support patient care and treatment planning.
Data Management: Accurately enter and update patient demographics and other critical data in our practice management software. Attention to detail is paramount to maintain high-quality patient records.
Prescription and Test Management: Efficiently send out scripts, blood test forms, and other necessary test forms through our software system, ensuring patients receive the required information without delay.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Demonstrates exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, team members, and healthcare professionals.
Exhibits outstanding organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses a keen eye for detail, with a zero-error orientation in all tasks.
Has previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (preferred but not mandatory).Is proficient in using medical practice management software and has strong computer excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Can work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
