Salary: Minimum of 40,000 Pesos per month (depending on experience)
Experience: 2+ years of Admin experience with a construction company
Training: In-depth training provided, with potential for career development
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Philippine Standard Time.
Location: Permanent work from home

Job Summary:
As the Admin Assistant (Mobilisation Co-ordinator) you will be responsible for undertaking all admin procedures. Including but not limited to:
•Answering emails and teams calls, attending TEAMS weekly meetings
•Managing filing systems (Personnel Files, following naming processes for tickets, qualifications, certificates
•Ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
•Manage ad hoc client queries and requests for mobilisations, online client inductions, flights, and accommodation
•Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
•Collate personnel details for site mobilisation(s) (including attaching copies of tickets, licenses, qualifications, and medicals to emails for submission to site administrators for the client(s)
•Updating of Training Matrix (excel spreadsheet) for all personnel mobilised to the site(s) for work.
•Entry of Purchase Orders into the register for all accommodation requested for site mobilisation(s) as instructed by the Project Manager.
•Use of flight booking software Corporate Traveller (full training provided, but the previous experience would be highly regarded)
