Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our CTO manage their day-to-day tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and the growth of our company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, efficient, and open to embracing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CTO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to support the CTO’s decision-making process.
Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across various platforms.
Draft and edit correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CTO.
Serve as a liaison between the CTO and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Help with the organization and management of digital files, documents, and resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological innovations and suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
