Job Description

I need a virtual assistant, but only for about five hours a week worth of work. So it is less than part time, but it is not a gig because the job is ongoing.

So if you already have a job and just need extra hours, then this could be perfect for you. I have created training videos that teach you how to do all the tasks. I will pay for a week of training before you begin and I expect that for the first month or so tasks may take longer, as you are learning, so it may be more than five hours a week for the learning-curve time period, and in which, you would be compensated for that extra time.

I have listed all tasks below that are included in the job. You will not be doing every task every week (some only occur once a month) so it does work out to about five hours a week,

To clarify some of the below tasks, you won’t do any content creation. The social media posts and email campaigns all have templates, so you’re just swapping in the new content for that week. And the management of social media just means notifying me of notifications and finding posts in my news feed you think I would find interesting. You do not need any marketing or content writing ability to do these tasks.

TASKS:

Invoice clients
Close out projects
Manage my LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Schedule all social media posts
Modify social media post image templates using Photopea
Send Link of the Week campaign
Research good blogs to add to my fist bump shout-out chart and add them with a standout quote
Manage Facebook
Format and publish my blog and add it to resource center
Update spreadsheets and list with needed data
Update my course student list and email students who haven’t made progress in course
Update my website portfolios on all my service pages
Update Link of the Week blog post
