Virtual Assistant for a Growing Retail Shipping/Print shop

Title: Virtual Assistant Admin Wanted – Reporting Organizational Files, Social Media/Blog Posting, Email Marketing

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create a guidebook for you on the main tasks such as as the title description above.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the as soon as I find the right fit for what my business entails:

*Collecting information for potential clients through email marketing.
*Data entry on such as organizing existing processes and procedures to ensure that items are easy to follow for onsite staff.
*Posting blog posts to social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
*Easy Social Media Tasks, this can vary, experience is a plus but not necessary will train the right candidate once selected.
*Sending and responding to emails, these will be generic as it would relate to informational gathering.
*Organizing existing projects and current projects to keep my schedule for any changes which happens a lot in my retail store.
*Intuitive team player, creative input is a plus, varies with experience but willing to teach the one that is open minded.
