We’re Pulpi Creative, a new data-driven email agency founded by a Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur looking to change the email automation landscape using data.
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic virtual assistant to work with the CEO to prospect clients, and you’ll be rewarded if they close. You’ll also be someone who wants to work within the digital marketing landscape and is eager to learn about copy, design, sales and more.
As a founding team member, you’ll be right at the start of this new, fun startup.
Who are you:
– You’re a strong problem solver.

– You have experience in cold-lead generation.
– You’re organised, and make sure you hit your deadlines.
– You excel at communication (both internally and with stakeholders).
– You want to grow professionally.
What will you do?
– You’ll work hand in hand with the CEO to prospect and generate new leads for the startup.
– You will only be responsible for booking calls, not closing.
– Following all guides to generate cold leads.
– Searching through Google for leads.
– Searching through Instagram for leads.
– Using smart contact tools like Instagram to make contact and build a relationship with clients.
– Manage CRM and prospect information.
– Report on and hit KPIs and OKRs. The target is 250 leads contacted per week, with 95% of follow-ups sent on time.
– Other tasks like edit social media videos, and general/marketing administration work.
Contract and Hours:
– Full-time.
– 8 hours a day, 5 days per week (12:00 PHT to 20:00 PHT).
What do you get?
– Job security with 40 hours per week during your normal hours.
– 25,000php per month, PLUS between $100AUD and $300AUD per lead closed (you just generate the bookings, the CEO does the closing) – the target is 4 leads closed per month.
– 13th Month Salary paid in December
