Virtual Assistant for a Photographer

I am a Wedding + Lifestyle Photographer based in Australia in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help me.

In the first instance by:?
Culling my images (weddings and family photos) ready for editing by Imagen AI – I can train you
Tweaking my images ready for delivery to clients – I can train you

Then once you are trained and therefore I have more time to book more shoots, I hope to increase your hours to help me by:
Creating social media content in Canva using my templates and style kit
Scheduling posts on Later
Saving any cool reels you find on insta for us to make reels with – I can brief you
Help set up CRM software in order to start doing email marketing campaigns. ie Data entry mainly for you, but any CRM and email marketing knowledge is a bonus
Image curation – selecting 90 off best images some about 600 images for slideshows and blog posts (i will train you on how to do this)
Optimising images for use online

Down the line potentially:
Designing albums for clients and communicating with them through the process (I will train you on the program and provide you with an email address so you can correspond with them throughout the design process)
Uploading blog posts?

What i am NOT looking for:
If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply

What I am looking for:
Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or lengths of resume
Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English
Someone who enjoys going through wedding + family photos in order to cull them. This could mean going through 1000+ images per month.
Someone who is available on a weekly basis twice a week between the hours of 11am and 2pm Australian East Coast time. The rest of the time you can work at whatever time of day is best for you. I’d just like us to have a window twice a week to be online at the same time so we can chat. And more so at the start while I’m training you
Someone who has a strong internet connection

This pays $6 Australian dollars per month

Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 8 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part-time or full time.
