Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment agency looking for a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
– Create and post content on our social media platforms.
– Manage our company’s LinkedIn page to enhance our online presence.

2. Task Organization:
– Clean up and organize tasks on Asana to ensure efficient workflow.
– Assist in designing workflows and processes.

3. Talent Acquisition:
– Aid in headhunting talent for various roles.
– Manage candidate communications, including scheduling interview calls and sending rejection notices.

4. Presentation and Design Support:
– Assist in preparing presentations.
– If skilled, help with graphic design or video editing tasks.

5. Candidate Management:
– Post job descriptions.
– Create candidate lists and organize communication in Dripify.
– Manage and shortlist candidates in Manatal.
– Create campaigns in Dripify (subject to review and approval).
– Input candidate information into Asana with all necessary details.
– Handle candidate tests, rejections, and reference checks.

6. Client Communication:
– Prepare weekly updates and candidate summaries for client review and approval.

7. Asana/Drive Management:
– Keep Asana and Drive organized by archiving and creating new projects.
– Assist in building and maintaining processes.

8. Email Management:
– Monitor all candidate communications via email.

9. Data/OKRs Management:
– Assist in maintaining and gathering data (without access to confidential information).

10. Lead Generation:
– Help build lists of ideal client profiles
– Oversee and manage communication
– Clean up La Growth Machine

11. General Support:
– Help implement new tools and initiatives.
– Conduct research as needed.
– Identify conferences to attend.
– Plan company trips and team activities when necessary.

NICE TO HAVE:
– Assist with content creation and posting to support our online presence.

Qualifications:
– Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
– Excellent English skills (verbal/written)
– Proactive and quick-thinking.
– Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
– Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
– Graphic design or video editing skills (nice to have).
– Prior experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not required).
