About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant to manage guest reception services and provide exceptional customer support for our two short-term Airbnb rentals. As a pivotal member of our team, you will handle all aspects of guest communication, coordinate logistics with cleaning staff, and actively contribute to the enhancement of our properties’ operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Communication:
– Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and communications.
– Resolve any issues or concerns that guests may have during their stay, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
– Manage scheduled guest messages, ensuring prompt and regular communication with guests.

Coordination and Scheduling:
– Coordinate schedules with cleaning services to ensure properties are prepared prior to guest arrivals.
– Coordinate early check-ins and late check-out requests with guests and cleaners
– Handle any logistical adjustments required during guest stays.
– Coordinate with the on-site assistant to provide ad-hoc services to guests

Operational Support:
– Monitor and manage the booking calendar, keeping track of upcoming reservations, check-outs, and available dates.
– Monitor cameras to ensure guests are following rules.
– Update property listings as needed to reflect any changes or improvements.

Revenue and Market Research:
– During periods of downtime, research and implement strategies to maximize rental revenue and improve guest retention.
– Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for acquiring additional Airbnb properties.

Requirements:
– Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
– Technologically savvy with the ability to learn how to use new applications.
– Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, preferably in the hospitality or rental industry.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and friendliness.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Must be detail-oriented and capable of following specific instructions regarding guest communications and property management.
