Virtual Assistant for Airbnb Management Company.
Summary
We are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team and help us manage our holiday let properties in the UK. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as updating calendars via our channel manager software which is called Eviivo. You will be communicating with guests and owners via email, messaging and chat using both gmail and the channel managers messaging system alongside the various platform messaging systems. There will be some report creating from our property management software and data entry using Excel and Google sheets.
You will also assist with the marketing and social media activities; this will mainly include responding to comments and reviews but could also include making sure any new material is posted and up to date on both our own websites and the various Tavel platforms we market across, including Airbnb & . The vast majority of this can be done via Eviivo, in which you will be trained to use.
You will work remotely from your home office, using our online platforms and tools which you will be given full training on using and will report to the operations manager and collaborate with other team members where required.
Responsibilities
• Book reservations and update calendars for our property listings.
• Communicate with guests and owners via email, messaging, and chat
• Provide customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Prepare and send welcome packs, invoices, and contracts.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports on bookings, payments, and occupancy.
• Assist with marketing and social media activities, such as posting content, posting reviews, and responding to comments.
• Perform other general administrative tasks in either Microsoft Office or Google Suite as assigned by the operations manager.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other online tools
• Familiar with holiday let platforms, such as Airbnb, , VRBO
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
