We are looking for a motivated and competent VA to support our team with administrative and organizational tasks.
– KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
1. Project Management:
* Maintain an overview of all client projects and ensure deadlines are met
* Coordinate and monitor projects, tasks and task flow via ClickUp
* Understand priorities & hold project members accountable for their tasks
* Communicate closely with Account Managers and other departments
2. Support
* Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document handling
* Prepare and follow up on meetings, including note-taking and creating presentations
* Assist Consultants with account-related tasks, such as staying updated with policy changes and preparing accounts for various marketplaces
* Support our departments with research and preparation tasks
* Possibility to manage B/C accounts independently in the future, with a focus on international accounts
– YOUR PROFILE –
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Experience as an Amazon/E-Commerce virtual assistant, project manager, or in a similar position
* Excellent organizational skills with a high reliability
* Independent and proactive work ethic
* Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal
* Proficient in common Amazon and e-commerce tools and software (preferred)
* Profound ClickUp knowledge or other task management tools
* Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
