Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon business team. This role is crucial for supporting our operations in inventory management, shipments, and business development activities. Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
Shipment Coordination: Coordinate shipments to fba warehouses, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery.
Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and implementing growth strategies.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in Amazon, especially in shipment creation. Experience with Nineyard a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,) and familiar with online tools and platforms used in e-commerce. AI experience is a plus.

Additional Information:
Work Schedule: Part time, approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for full time work. Salary range approximately $2-$4, depending on experience. Plus bonuses and lots of potential for growth for the right candidate!
Location: Remote; this is a virtual assistant position.
