Job Description

The Role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business including monitoring our Amazon account, solving Amazon-related issues, customer support, email marketing and other admin tasks.

“Must haves” Experience:
– Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
– Expert at dealing with Amazon Seller Support
– Experience of email marketing

– Proficient English skills with an understanding of the US consumer mindset.

– Shopify
– Gorgias
– Sellerboard

Responsibilities Include:
– Monitoring Amazon activities daily, such as sales, inventory, feedback, and reviews
– Addressing issues with Amazon Seller Support / Account health as they arise.
– Ensuring product listings are active and optimizing them for better visibility, rank tracking, etc.
– Managing Shopify operations, including sales tracking and resolving order issues.
– Providing top-notch customer service by promptly responding to messages in a brilliant way.
– Crafting and dispatching email newsletters using Sendlane
– Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
– Handling other administrative and reporting duties as needed.
