Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Wholesale and Arbitrage Sourcing
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hourly Rate: $2.50 to $3.50 US Dollars per hour plus 18.5% (14% for SSS and 4.5% for Health)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Scaled Bonus Potential: Paid from $3 to $10 US for qualified items purchased based on return on investment (ROI) of initial purchase of items sourced and new account setups.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA business. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in wholesale and arbitrage product sourcing for our Amazon FBA business. You will also be responsible for setting up new wholesale and vendor accounts and conducting research to identify profitable products to sell.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to identify profitable products to sell.
• Source wholesale and arbitrage products to sell on Amazon FBA.
• Set up new wholesale and vendor direct accounts and manage existing vendor direct and wholesale distributor accounts.
• Utilize tools such as Google Chrome, Google Sheets, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Arbitrage Hero, and Tactical Arbitrage to organize and track product sourcing efforts.
• Communicate with vendors, negotiate prices, and make recommendations of products and quantities to purchase.
• Compare current inventory on replenishable items and assist in managing inventory levels and recommended reorders as needed.
• Stay current with Amazon policies and updates to ensure compliance with recommended products based on Amazon’s terms of service regarding gating, hazmat etc.
• Communicate daily progress on vendor searches and recommendations for product purchases.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Google Chrome, Google Sheets, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Arbitrage Hero, and Tactical Arbitrage.
• Prior experience using Arbitrage Hero and/or Tactical Arbitrage is a plus but not a requirement, experience impacts starting wage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Prior experience in Amazon FBA wholesale and arbitrage sourcing a plus but not a requirement, experience impacts starting wage.
• Must have a Windows PC and reliable internet connection.
This is a remote, full-time position for 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $2.50 to $3.50 US Dollars per hour, plus an additional 18.5% for SSS and Health, bringing the total hourly rate to $2.97 to $4.18 US Dollars. In addition to the hourly rate, there will be potential for scaled bonuses paid from $3 to $10 US for items purchased based on the return on investment (ROI) of the initial purchase of items sourced and new account setups.
