Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing our Amazon seller account, optimizing product listings, resolving support cases, and efficiently utilizing flat files for inventory management and bulk operations. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain the Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory management, order processing, and overall account health.
– Utilize flat files to efficiently handle inventory management, bulk listing creation, updates, and other operational tasks.
– Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing.
– Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for product optimization.
– Monitor account performance metrics, sales data, feedback, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Initiate and manage support cases with Amazon Seller Central support, effectively communicating issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
– Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to align efforts and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central account management, support, and proficiency in working with flat files.
– In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, order processing, performance monitoring, and utilizing flat files for efficient bulk operations.
– Proficiency in conducting keyword research and utilizing optimization techniques to enhance product listings.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in effectively managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Familiarity with customer service best practices and providing exceptional customer support.
– Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a virtual setting.
