Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon Seller operations in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, particularly on the Amazon platform, and possess excellent research and communication skills. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting market research, and assisting in the identification of potential product opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing:
– Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers, manufacturers, and product leads within the UK market using online retailers.
– Utilize various online platforms and tools (such as SAS SellerAmp and Keepa) to gather data and compile comprehensive lists of potential leads.

Market Analysis:
– Analyse product reviews & rankings, and other relevant data such has seller count, IP History, and BuyBox History to assess market demand and competition.

Supplier Communication:
– Initiate and maintain communication with potential suppliers to gather product details, pricing information, and terms of collaboration.
– Provide clear and concise information to the Amazon Seller team for decision-making.

Data Management:
– Organize and maintain accurate records of sourced leads, including contact information, product details, and communication history.
– Update and manage databases regularly to ensure information is current and accessible.

Collaboration:
– Work closely with the Amazon Seller team to understand their product sourcing needs and preferences.
Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and collaborate on strategies to optimize sourcing efforts.
Qualifications:

E-commerce Knowledge:
– Familiarity with Amazon’s platform and the dynamics of e-commerce.
– Previous experience in supporting Amazon Sellers is a plus.

Research Skills:
-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the market.

Communication Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English)

Organizational Skills:
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize large sets of data efficiently.
– Proficient in using productivity tools and software.

Self-Motivated:
– Proactive and able to work independently.
– Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
