We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with managing our Amazon wholesale account.

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant for Amazon Wholesale Account Management, you will be responsible for sourcing products directly from manufacturers or brand owners, negotiating distribution prices, and maintaining supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale procurement, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential brands or manufacturers within the designated niche for wholesale distribution on Amazon.
Reach out to brands directly to inquire about distribution prices, terms, and minimum order quantities.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a minimum margin of 30% with volume-driven products.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product catalogs, pricing lists, and other relevant information.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify profitable product opportunities.
Manage communication with suppliers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment on Amazon.
Track and report key metrics such as margin improvements, volume of products sourced, and supplier performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or wholesale distribution.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable pricing terms with suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with brands and manufacturers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using communication and productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and project management software.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
