About Us:
We are a growing Amazon wholesale business looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. Our mission is to provide excellent service to our customers and offer a diverse range of high-quality products on Amazon. If you have a good understanding of data analysis and basic computer navigation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
– Scan and analyze 1000s of products provided by distributors to -identify profitable items for sale on Amazon.
– Utilize Microsoft Excel to extract required data and perform analysis on the products.
– Communicate with distributors to request product information and negotiate pricing when necessary.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
– Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and customer support as needed.
– Continuously research and stay updated on Amazon policies, best practices, and market trends.
Requirements:
– Strong understanding of data analysis and strong attention to detail.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data extraction.
– Understanding keepa graphs, and tools like SellerAmp, Scan Unlimited, etc.
– Wholesale product research experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a wholesale virtual assistant, online arbitrage or in a similar role.
– Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its various functions.
– Knowledge of Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) process and
policies.
Training:
We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role. General experience with Amazon wholesale is necessary, you will do fine as long as you possess the required skills and a willingness to learn.
