Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed and eager to grow in their career. This is a long-term opportunity, where you will have the chance to work closely with our team, both remotely and occasionally in person at team events, as we build and scale our business together. Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
– Work directly with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience.
– Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
– Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing files, and managing documents.
– Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and efficient manner.
– Support scheduling activities, including organizing customer interviews, team meetings, and appointments.
– Assist in planning and coordinating trips, including booking travel arrangements and accommodations.
– Utilize tools like Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable proficiently to streamline workflows and manage tasks effectively.

– Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a positive attitude.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hours:
– Work hours will strictly be on PST
