Company Overview:

We are an expanding healthcare M&A company in search of an efficient and reliable Virtual Assistant. If you are an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual, who can effectively juggle multiple tasks and schedules in a fast-paced environment, then you are the perfect fit for our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage our acquisition targets and maintain an updated CRM. Ensure that all received documents are well organized and acquisition targets are consistently followed up on to prevent any opportunity from slipping through the cracks.

2. Regularly reach out to business listings that meet our criteria on BizBuySell each week and convert them into prospects by coordinating effective follow-up strategies.

3. Arrange meetings between the owner and acquisition targets and potential financiers for the acquisitions.

4. Source new banks and financing partners, schedule and manage appointments for the owner to meet with them.

5. Assist the owner in scheduling his weekly tasks, ensuring he stays ahead of them without falling behind.

6. Maintain organization and consistent communication to excel in this role.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

2. Highly organized personality and skills.

3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.

4. Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

5. Willingness to learn skills that may be needed for the role

6. High-speed, reliable internet connection

Preferred:

7. At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or M&A industry.

8. Proficient in CRM platforms(hubspot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Proficient in scheduling software of your choice.
