Job Description

Are you organised with great marketing skills and proficient with Canva, Shopify and other shopping platforms? We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us with product sales and marketing across various platforms. We are seeking a talented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing.

We need you to be kind, reliable and an independent individual who is interesting to help build our company profile!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Artwork Preparation:
Create and design engaging and on-brand graphics for product listings, advertisements, and social media posts.
Ensure all artwork meets the required specifications and standards.
Edit and enhance product photos to improve their visual appeal.
Platform Management:

2. Post product listings, updates, and promotional content on various online platforms, including but not limited to social media, e-commerce sites, and company websites.
Monitor and manage comments, messages, and customer inquiries on these platforms.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to platform guidelines.
Marketing Support:

3. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and schedule content calendars for social media and other online platforms.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide insights for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:

4. Maintain organized records of all designs, postings, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Perform other related tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
– Proficient in graphic design software (e.g.,Canva).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and e-commerce sites.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience in video editing and animation.
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
– Shopify knowledge for website updates.
