Job Description

Position: Virtual Assistant for Australian Trades Business – masonry (commercial) – estimating and quoting experience preferred.
Location: Remote – work from home
Type: Contract – full-time
Estimated Duration: Ongoing
Starts: Immediately
Starting Rate: $900 AUD per month salaried position with Australian holiday/sick leave entitlements and Filipino extra month.
Preferably: You will have experience with Trades Businesses preferably estimating and quoting, Xero, Social Media Management, and have worked for an Australian company before.
You must have good english communication skills

The Company
You will be part of the Breaking BAS team – Bookkeeping and Virtual Admin for Trades Businesses in Australia. Breaking BAS is sister company to Small Fish Business Coaching – coaching for Trades Businesses. We will all be working together to provide comprehensive support for GULLIFORD CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD.
You will be a full-time assistant to Clint Gulliford.

Job Description
Your role would involve:
Management of Ascora (job management system – there are training videos) – invoicing, allocating expenses to jobs, entering the appropriate data to Big Numbers Tracker (training provided).
Liaise with builders and chase quotes (mostly by email).
Estimating/quoting jobs
Keep a schedule.
General admin tasks that will increase as the role matures (there will be lots of opportunity for learning and growth).
Working in conjunction with Breaking BAS bookkeepers to maintain the Big Numbers Tracker (Small Fish Business Coaching has developed a tool in Google Sheets for tracking the real time profitability of the trades business as well as cash flow forecasting and cost of employees). Breaking BAS bookkeepers will manage most of the sheets but there are some that will be your responsibility (training will be provided).
