I am a sales rep at a small car dealership looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to convert our inventory into engaging posts for social media platforms, online marketplaces, and e-commerce sites to generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a mix of content creation, digital marketing, and customer service skills to drive traffic and inquiries from potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
– Create and manage listings for vehicles on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay Motors, and other relevant sites.
– Write compelling and accurate descriptions of each vehicle, highlighting key features and benefits.
– Take and edit high-quality photos and videos of vehicles.
– Design engaging graphics and promotional materials for social media posts.
– Optimize listings for search engines to increase visibility.
– Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media and online marketplaces promptly.
– Track and analyze the performance of posts and listings to refine strategies and improve lead generation.
– Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate information and inventory updates.
Schedule regular posts and updates across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
Qualifications:
Experience with Social Media Platforms:
– Proven experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for business purposes.
– Proficiency in managing Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp listings.
E-Commerce and Online Marketplaces:
– Experience creating and managing listings on eBay Motors, Craigslist, and similar platforms.
– Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for online listings.
Content Creation and Copywriting:
– Strong writing skills to craft engaging, persuasive, and clear posts.
– Experience with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
– Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
– Experience with social media advertising, including creating and managing ad campaigns.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
– Basic understanding of HTML and SEO best practices is a plus.
Organizational Skills:
– Ability to manage multiple platforms and ensure consistent posting.
– Strong organizational skills to track vehicle listings and updates.
Customer Service:
– Excellent communication skills for interacting with potential buyers online.
– Ability to respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Automotive Knowledge:
– Basic understanding of vehicles and automotive terminology.
– Ability to highlight key features and benefits of cars for sale effectively.
