Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at streamlining our processes and ensuring efficient operations. You will work remotely and communicate regularly with the team to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Prepare and organize documents and contracts
– Conduct market research and compile property information
– Assist with social media management and content creation
– Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems
– Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
– Provide customer service support to clients and prospects
– Coordinate and assist with marketing campaigns
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
– Familiarity with real estate industry practices is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
– Experience with CRM software and social media platforms
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
– Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
