Initial Setup:
1. Create a Google Gmail email (if you already have one, go to the next step)
2. Send me your Google Gmail email address
3. I will share my Gmail Calendar with you
4. Accept the Gmail Calendar invitation
Daily Setup:
2. Login online to application.
3. Login online to Google calendar.
4. Go to the inbox in .
Here is what you will do three times a day, 7 days a week. The same 3 tasks.
(Times are USA Eastern Time or Australia Sydney NSW Time.)
Part A: – Confirming Calls
1. View call booking time and triager name from SCHEDULED email.
2. Change time in [Client – Account – A – Confirm] email to customer time as [9am Tuesday] 3. 3. Change name in [Client – Account – A – Confirm] email to triager name.
4. Send [Client – Account – A – Confirm] e-mail to new ‘Scheduled Calls’ in inbox.
5. Send [Client – Account – A – Confirm] SMS to new ‘Scheduled Calls’ in the inbox.
6. Change color for the event on Google calendar to orange.

Part B: – Acknowledging Replies (Yes, No, Reschedule)
People who reply “Yes” to Part A by SMS or e-mail:
1. Send [Client – Account – B – Yes] email AND [Client – Account – Yes B] SMS.
2. Change color for the event on Google calendar to green.
People who reply “No” to Part A by SMS or e-mail:
3. Delete event on Google calendar.
People who reply “Reschedule” to Part A by SMS or e-mail:
4. Send [Client – Account – B – Rs] SMS AND [Client – Account – B – Rs] email.
5. Delete event on Google calendar.

Part C: – Managing Diary (calls in Google calendar that are orange only)
1. Open each name in
2. If Part A email/SMS was sent over 12 hrs ago send [Client – Account – C – Follow Up] SMS.
3. Change color for the event on Google calendar to red and set to ‘free’.
4. If [Client – Account – C – Follow Up] SMS was sent over 12 hrs ago, send [Client – Account – D – Cancel] and delete the event on Google calendar.
