Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive virtual assistant to provide comprehensive support to
the CEO of our international women empowerment consulting company, as well as assist in the
management of a diversified and expansive real estate portfolio. This role requires a dynamic
individual who can seamlessly transition between responsibilities related to social media
management, email marketing, administrative tasks, sales, market research, technology
integration, data analysis, and real estate management. The successful candidate will play a
pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of both businesses.
Responsibilities:
Women Empowerment Consulting:
1. Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for various social media
platforms [e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn] to promote the company’s brand, events, and
services.
2. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage
clients, and promote upcoming retreats, trainings, and group coaching programs.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing
calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and handling
correspondence.
4. Sales Support: Assist in managing client inquiries, following up on leads, and facilitating the
sales process for consulting services, retreats, and training programs.
5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, respond to
inquiries promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
6. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of retreats, workshops, and events,
including venue selection, logistics coordination, and participant communication.

Real Estate Management:
1. Property Management: Oversee the real estate portfolio, including rental properties, and
commercial spaces. Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors as needed.
Assist in marketing available units for prospective tenants and assisting to assess qualified
tenants.

2. Financial Management: Monitor rental income, expenses, and budgets for each property.
Efficiently manage and prepare financial reports, track expenses, and assist in budget planning.
3. Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
4. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for properties
as needed. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and adherence to quality
standards.
5. Compliance and Legal: Stay informed about relevant real estate laws, regulations, and
compliance requirements. Ensure properties are in compliance with local regulations and
licensing requirements.
6. Market Research: Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, rental
rates, and investment opportunities to support decision-making processes.
7. Technology Integration: Research the most efficient apps and websites to maintain and
manage the properties, ensuring optimal efficiency in property management tasks.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze property performance metrics and key performance indicators,
including marketable rental income, vacancy rates, and expenses, to assess room for increase
and optimize property profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:

4. Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools [e.g., Mailchimp], Microsoft Office
Suite, and real estate management software.
5. Knowledge of real estate management principles, including property maintenance, financial
analysis, and tenant relations.
6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle diverse responsibilities.
8. Empathy, compassion, and a passion for women empowerment and real estate
management.
