We are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our cleaning business with various tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
As a Virtual Assistant for our cleaning business, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our company. You will play a critical role in answering phones, managing bookings, following up with customer reviews, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role will require you to work during US/CA business hours.

Responsibilities
– Manage and organize our company’s digital files, including clients’ information, contracts, and invoices
– Assist in scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring our team’s availability for clients
– Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have in a professional and timely manner
– Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to book new clients
– Coordinate with our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary information and supplies for each assignment
– Monitor and update our social media platforms to promote our cleaning services and engage with potential clients
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth
– Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents as requested by the management team

Requirements
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Familiarity with either Excel or Google Sheets
– Familiarity with social media platforms
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
– Previous sales experience will be an asset

$950 USD per month base salary
