Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in managing multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of handling various administrative tasks to streamline the CMO’s workload. Responsibilities:

Email and Calendar Management:

Manage up to 5 email accounts, filter, prioritize, and respond to emails.
Schedule, reschedule, and manage meetings.
Send reminders and ensure no scheduling conflicts.
Organize travel arrangements and accommodations.
Communication Handling:

Manage Slack and other messaging platforms.
Organize and prioritize messages.
Draft and send communications on behalf of the CMO.
Task and Project Management:

Track tasks and deadlines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Use task management tools to manage workflows.
Research and Reporting:

Conduct market research and compile data.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Stay updated with industry trends and news.
Document Management:

Organize and maintain digital files.
Prepare presentations and documents.
Manage cloud storage and share files securely.
Personal Assistance:

Handle personal tasks and errands as needed.
Manage household appointments or activities if required.
Assist with personal travel plans.
Social Media Management:

Schedule posts and manage social media calendars.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Prepare content drafts for approval.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Ability to manage multiple email accounts effectively.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with task management tools like Asana, Trello, or .
Experience with email management tools and social media platforms.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supporting C-level executives.
Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
