Job Description

Job Overview: As a Virtual Assistant for Coaches at Euro Socccer USA, you will play a pivotal role in
supporting coaches, consultants, and trainers in managing their day-to-day tasks, enabling them to focus on their core coaching responsibilities. You will provide administrative, organizational,and
technical support to ensure the smooth operation of coaching businesses. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for coaches.
email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and filter important messages. ?
and update client databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. ?
with travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and other logistical tasks.

Client Management:
with clients to schedule coaching sessions and provide necessary information.
and distribute coaching materials, session summaries, and follow-up resources.
client progress and maintain organized client files.

Technical Support:
up and manage virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for coaching sessions.
technical issues during virtual sessions to ensure a seamless experience.
in the creation and management of online course content and materials.

Billing and Finance:
and record coaching session fees, invoice clients, and track payments.
financial records organized and assist in expense tracking.

Research and Documentation:
research on coaching industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.

Problem-Solving:
as a point of contact for addressing client issues and inquiries.

Travel and Logistics:
travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for coaching staff attending

Player Development Programs:
in organizing player development programs, including tryouts and assessments.

Qualifications:
– Willing to work US hours (PST).
– 2+ years of experience in virtual administration or administrative support roles.
– Work independently, manage your workload, and stay productive remotely.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools like email, video conferencing, and

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Technical proficiency to handle virtual meeting platforms and basic content creation tools.
– Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of the coaching industry and its dynamics is a plus.
– Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
