SWe are an emerging insurance agency located in Los Angeles, committed to offering top-tier insurance services to our clients. In alignment with the California insurance code, we handle all sales in-house, and we are in search of a Virtual Assistant (VA) from the Philippines to bolster our administrative and client support functions. This remote role is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate client communications by responding to inquiries, policy updates, and follow-ups, ensuring all correspondence is logged and addressed within 24 hours.
Assist with the preparation of insurance quotes and renewal notices, coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery.
Manage invoice creation and payment tracking, following up on receivables diligently.
Maintain an organized digital filing system and ensure the client database is current, with regular backups.
Support our marketing initiatives by helping to craft social media content and email newsletters.
Efficiently track new leads and coordinate follow-up actions with the sales team to enhance conversion opportunities.
Requirements:

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient with standard office software and quick to learn industry-specific programs.
Prior experience with administrative support, customer service, and basic marketing tasks.
Strong organizational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and independent work ethic.

Uphold a 100% response rate to client communications within a 24-hour timeframe.
Ensure financial processing is precise and punctual.
Maintain accurate and thorough records, contributing to the agency’s operational excellence.
