**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our small team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and experience in managing CRM platforms, particularly . The role will involve various tasks including property ownership research, CRM management, email marketing, and other administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. . **Property Ownership Research:** Utilize online resources to gather property ownership contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, for targeted marketing efforts and client outreach.**CRM Management:** Efficiently manage and organize our CRM platform (), ensuring accurate data entry, task assignments, and pipeline management. Continuously improve and optimize CRM workflows and boards to enhance productivity.

5. **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative assistance as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, etc.

**Requirements:**

– Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
