Virtual Assistant for Content Creator Management

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in the search, evaluation, and outreach to content creators on Instagram and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively sourcing relevant content creators for our brand following a criteria, compiling relevant information into an Excel format, reaching out to and talking with the selected creators. This position will require approximately 2 hours of work per day and can be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
– Search and select relevant content creators on Instagram and TikTok following a criteria, and compile detailed information about identified creators
– Maintain up-to-date records of content creators in an Excel format.
– Establish and maintain effective communication with selected content creators through direct messages and emails in English.
– Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper alignment between brand objectives and selected content creators.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in social media management, preferably in identifying and collaborating with content creators.
– Good written communication skills in English.
– Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
– Ability to work remotely efficiently and productively.
– Basic knowledge of Spanish is an additional advantage.
– Knoweledge on how to use excel.
