Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting and data entry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling fashion content. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting:
Write and edit content in British English to maintain high-quality clarity and effectiveness.
Create engaging and persuasive content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Edit and proofread existing content to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Data Entry:
Accurately input and update data into databases and CRM systems.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all records.
Generate reports and compile data as required for various projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in copywriting and content creation.
Strong proficiency in data entry and database management.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with Shopify CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A good quality personal computer and high-speed internet connection.

Working Hours:

This is a Part-time remote position, requiring availability during BST business hours.
