Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Virtual Assistant to play a crucial role in the creation and sales of our cutting-edge training courses. This role involves a balanced mix of instructional design, strategic outreach, and sales acumen, with a focus on the fields of supply chain and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with industry experts to develop and organize training modules and materials.
– Manage the end-to-end process of course creation from conceptualization to execution.
– Implement marketing strategies, lead generation, and conduct cold email outreach to prospective clients.
– Engage with potential customers, presenting course offerings, and closing sales.
– Maintain a high standard of service and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
– Strong background in developing educational courses or training programs.
– Demonstrated ability with cold email outreach and direct sales.
– Skilled in scraping emails of ideal clients to maximize cold email outreach for the company.
– Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– Experience in Canva, Synthesia, Calendly, ActiveHosted, LinkedIn, Loom a plus.
– Proven experience in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors a huge plus.
