Virtual Assistant for Creator Outreach on TikTok Shop

We are a dynamic fast growing eCommerce team passionate about growing our brand. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join us in expanding our presence on TikTok Shop. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to TikTok creators who align with our brand’s values and audience, to collaborate and promote our products through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

– Creator Outreach: Proactively search and reach out to potential TikTok creators that match our brand requirements. Engage with them to introduce our products and secure collaborations for promotional content.
– Sample Distribution: Coordinate the sending of product samples to selected creators, ensuring they have everything they need to create authentic and engaging posts about our products.
– Follow-up and Coordination: Keep track of collaborations and follow up with creators to ensure the timely posting of promotional content. Address any questions or concerns they might have.
– Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for creators. Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the collaboration process.
– Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and collaboration outcomes. Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and effectiveness.
– SOP Creation: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the creator outreach process to streamline and improve efficiency.
– Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Requirements:

– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) to align with our team and target creators’ active hours.
– Experience in influencer or creator collaboration, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs.
– Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not necessary.
