Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings on various job boards and social media groups. Screen and review applications to ensure they meet minimum requirements. Communicate with candidates to gather necessary information and schedule interviews. Manage applicant data in our CRM system and keep statuses updated. Follow up on inquiries from email and online applications.

Client Management: Add and update client information in our CRM. Follow up with clients to address their needs. Schedule visits and follow-ups.

Marketing & Social Media: Design and post engaging graphics on social media platforms. Develop and implement social media plans. Respond to reviews on various platforms. Research and create engaging social media content. Connect with potential clients and partners through messaging.

Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain databases. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the CEO. Keep the calendar updated with tasks and appointments. Start and end each day with a plan and a recap of accomplishments.

Special Projects: Create job descriptions and design graphics. Implement marketing plans using design tools like Canva.

Skills Required: Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with CRM tools. Familiarity with job boards and recruitment processes. Attention to detail in screening and follow-up. Proficiency in marketing and social media. Experience with design tools like Canva. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
