About Us: Nash Global Ventures is a forward-thinking marketing company specializing in promoting businesses to new heights. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to drive our customer review outreach efforts and manage our mystery shopper program, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant at Nash Global Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients’ businesses through the following responsibilities:

1. Customer Review Outreach:
• Craft personalized text messages and emails to connect with previous customers, encouraging them to share their experiences by leaving reviews on various online platforms, particularly Google Business Profiles.
• Maintain a systematic record of communication, responses, and review progress.
2. Mystery Shopper Program Management:
• Spearhead the coordination of our mystery shopper program, recruiting individuals to assess and evaluate the customer service quality of our clients’ businesses.
• Effectively communicate program guidelines and expectations to our network of mystery shoppers.
• Oversee task distribution, ensuring timely and comprehensive completion of mystery shopping assignments.
• Analyze and synthesize feedback from mystery shoppers to identify actionable insights for service improvement.
3. Administrative Support:
• Assist in organizing and maintaining records of customer information, review data, and mystery shopper reports.
• Prepare regular and insightful reports summarizing review acquisition status and mystery shopper findings.

Requirements:
• Availability during US Business Hours (PST, CST, or EST is acceptable)
• Prior experience in customer service, outreach, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in email and messaging platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting set deadlines.
• Comfortable with remote work arrangements and task management.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs) is preferred.
