Job Description

Perenniam Agency is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our daily outreach efforts on Upwork. This role involves applying to jobs on behalf of Perenniam Agency, communicating with potential clients, and maintaining an organized tracking system of all applications and interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proactive approach to managing tasks. This is a remote position requiring a commitment of 2-3 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
–Daily Upwork Management: Log into our Upwork account daily to review and apply to relevant job postings.
–Application Submission: Craft and submit personalized proposals for each job, tailoring the agency’s offerings to meet the specific needs and requirements outlined in job postings.
–Communication Management: Handle initial communications with potential clients on Upwork to answer any preliminary questions and set the stage for further discussions.
–Schedule Coordination: Coordinate with the agency’s management team to schedule interviews or calls between potential clients and Perenniam’s lead consultants.
–Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an organized log of all applications sent, responses received, and any follow-up actions required. Provide weekly reports to management detailing outreach results.
–Feedback Implementation: Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback from the management team and performance metrics.
–Research and Adaptation: Stay updated with new features on Upwork and adapt strategies to maximize the agency’s visibility and engagement on the platform.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in job application management or similar roles.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and experience in managing professional accounts.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
– High level of proficiency in document creation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.

Work Hours & Benefits:
The position requires a daily commitment of 2-3 hours, Monday through Friday.
The role is completely remote, offering flexibility to work from any location.
The salary is competitive and paid monthly, with two payments every 15 days.
This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow within the agency.
