Job Description

I am looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to assist with the live launch of our upcoming digital course. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, project management, customer support, and be comfortable working with online course platforms like Kajabi and Asana. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Project Management:

Assist in planning and executing the course launch timeline.
Coordinate with me to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Track progress and provide regular updates on the project status.

Digital Marketing:

Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts related to the course launch.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional content (graphics, videos, etc.).
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
Provide information about the course, assist with sign-up issues, and troubleshoot any problems.
Manage and support the community within the course platform or on social media groups.
Technical Assistance:

Set up and manage content within the online course platform Kajabi
Upload course content and ensure all materials are accessible and properly formatted.
Assist with live webinars, including setting up the webinar platform and providing tech support during live sessions.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage the calendar and schedule meetings related to the course launch.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience with digital course launches or digital marketing is highly preferred.
Familiarity with online course platform Kajabi
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools like Kajabi, Meta,
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of web technologies and troubleshooting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Skills:

Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Video editing skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
