Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Ensure seamless daily operations for our renowned food tours, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Manage bookings, coordinate with tour guides, and promptly address customer inquiries and concerns.
Tour Planning & Group Consolidation
Develop strategic tour schedules, optimizing group sizes (up to 8 people per group) to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Customer Service
Provide professional and positive customer interactions, handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Champion a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
Challenges Management
Proactively tackle operational challenges such as last-minute bookings, guide availability, and system optimizations to ensure smooth operations.
SEO & SEA Efforts
Drive SEO initiatives to enhance our online visibility and attract more visitors to our website.
Collaborate with tour guides to create engaging blog content that showcases Amsterdam’s vibrant food scene.
Explore launching targeted Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns to expand our reach and drive bookings.
Partnership Outreach
Cultivate relationships with key partners, including luxury hotels and cruise companies, to promote our unique food tours.
Propose enticing partnership incentives such as guest discounts and commissions to drive mutual business growth.
Strategize placing QR codes in partner locations to facilitate seamless bookings.
Daily Tasks
Ensure today and tomorrow’s tour schedules are optimized with confirmed guides.
Plan future weeks to maximize availability and operational efficiency.
Weekly Tasks
Create compelling social media posts that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence.
Initiate contact with hotels to explore collaborative opportunities.
Write captivating blog articles to attract and engage food enthusiasts.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for learning and advancing skills in operations management and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing strategies.
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize booking systems within the tourism industry.
Bonus: Familiarity with Amsterdam’s cultural landscape and food scene.
Working Hours ?:
Philippines (PHT): 1PM — 10pm /// 2 PM to 10 PM // Flexible for exceptions.
Netherlands (NL):
Daylight Saving Time (CEST, UTC+2): 8 AM to 4 PM
Meetings
Daily 1-on-1 kick-off meeting at 9:30 AM Amsterdam time for 30 minutes.
Additional availability for questions or calls in the afternoon as needed.
