**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting content to various websites, managing YouTube video uploads, assisting project managers with report creation, updating Google Business Profiles (GBPs), creating citations, and performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a basic understanding of SEO principles, specifically local SEO, and familiarity with SEO terminology to effectively contribute to our digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Post content to websites and WordPress sites efficiently.
– Upload and manage YouTube videos, including basic content creation.
– Assist project managers in creating detailed reports.
– Update Google Business Profiles (GBPs) and create citations to enhance local SEO efforts.
– Collaborate with the team using Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
– Utilize ChatGPT for basic content creation tasks.
– Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
– At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the digital marketing space.
– Basic knowledge of SEO, with a focus on local SEO and SEO terminology.
– Proficiency in posting content on WordPress sites and managing Google Business Profiles.
– Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and YouTube.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Ability to use ChatGPT for content creation.
