Responsibilities:
Email Management: Efficiently organize and manage the flow of emails, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups where necessary.
Calendar Management: Keep the company calendar up-to-date, scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing reminders for upcoming events.
Client Interaction: Play a key role in sending proposals and following up with prospective clients to secure their business. Additionally, manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our services.
Inquiry and Response Management: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Monitor communication channels and manage the flow of information.
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, contributing to the agency’s growth and client base expansion.
CRM Management: Utilize Go High Level CRM to manage client data, communications, and automations, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Exceptional proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing, with a strong grasp of grammar and professional communication skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Open to part-time engagement, with flexibility and commitment to deliver within the agreed-upon hours.
Proven experience or capability to write compelling proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
Familiarity with Go High Level CRM is highly desirable, including an understanding of its automation features to streamline processes and improve client management.
A proactive and positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
