Job Scope: Virtual Assistant for Director of Food and Beverage
Position Title: Virtual Assistant for Director of Food and Beverage
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To: Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage. This role involves editing daily menus, creating cost sheets, managing inventory, designing daily menus using Canva, and maintaining financial records. Training will be provided during onboarding, and ongoing support will be available via Slack and Trello.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Management:
Edit daily Food and Beverage menus to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
Use Canva to update and finalize daily menus based on pre-existing templates.
Notify the completion of daily menus in Trello and email to Director of Food & Beverage

Financial Management:
Create and maintain cost sheets using Excel, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. (We have templates that mean updating)
Input daily labor and revenue figures into an existing Excel checkbook. (Would automate reports to Trello)
Notify the completion of the daily checkbook update in Trello + Email

Inventory Management:
Update and maintain inventory sheets using existing templates.
Assist in the preparation of inventory reports as required.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage as needed.
Create Training Manuals for Server/Bartender/etc using information provided by us.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Proficiency in using Canva and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Slack and Trello for team communication and task management.

Training and Support:
Comprehensive training will be provided during the onboarding process.
Ongoing support and guidance will be available via Slack and Trello.
