Virtual Assistant for DTC E-commerce Brands

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist us in building and growing our DTC e-commerce brands. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us with product research, website building, order processing, customer support, and graphic design. You must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a long-term position with daily tasks to complete, and you will be expected to start working as soon as your training is completed.

Responsibilities:

– Conducting product research on a daily basis to identify potential products for our DTC e-commerce brands
– Building and managing websites on Shopify or other website builders, including product uploads, categorization, and pricing updates
– Processing orders, tracking shipment status, and handling disputes on PayPal and Stripe
– Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on our website and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
– Providing excellent customer service to resolve customer issues and complaints
– Creating and designing visual content for our websites and social media platforms
– Performing other tasks as required to support the growth of our DTC e-commerce brands

Qualifications:

– Fluent in English with excellent reading and writing skills
– Proficient in using Google Sheets and other productivity tools
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting
– Experience of working with Shopify or other website builders
– Basic knowledge in graphic design
– Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
