Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our e-commerce stores across multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online presence, from product listing and optimization to customer service and social media marketing. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Conduct keyword research to improve SEO rankings and visibility.
Order Processing and Inventory Management: Monitor and process orders promptly. Manage inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring stock availability. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking as needed.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Provide support via email, chat, or phone. Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive store reviews.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. This includes running promotional campaigns, email marketing, and engaging with customers on social media platforms, including TikTok content creation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all platforms. Generate reports on sales, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Use insights to make informed decisions and strategies for growth.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for new product listings and expansions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Manager, or similar role managing online stores, preferably across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and TikTok.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media marketing.
Experience with inventory management software and order processing.
Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time remote position.
Flexible working hours, but availability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner is required.
