Virtual Assistant for eBay Dropshipping Shop

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with the daily operations of our eBay dropshipping shop. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our eBay listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales conversion.
Responsibilities:
Product Listing: Create and optimize eBay listings for our dropshipping products, ensuring accurate product descriptions, attractive images, and competitive pricing.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update listings accordingly, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rate and listing visibility, to optimize listings and improve overall shop performance.
Listing Optimization: Continuously improve listing quality, including titles, keywords, and product attributes, to enhance search visibility and increase sales.
Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with other team members, such as suppliers and shipping partners, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in eBay listing management or e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with eBay policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, listing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
