Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce and Brand Development Agency

We are a thriving Australia-based brand development agency that works primarily with Shopify to design and develop ecommerce websites. We are involved in every stage of the process, from product content creation to advertising, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, effective solutions to our happy clients.

We are currently looking for a diligent and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, so applicants can be based anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

– Performing data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
– Assisting with Shopify store management, including product import and creation.
– Utilizing various Shopify apps such as Printful and Loox for store enhancement.
– Sending and managing emails (at a basic level).
– Any other administrative tasks as required.?
– Using ChatGPT 4.0 to streamline work and output.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

– Familiarity with Shopify, including Shopify apps such as Printful and Loox.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
– Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
– Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role is a plus.?
– Basic understanding (ideally higher level) of ChatGPT 4.0
– Fair understanding of photo editing/graphic design platforms like Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator/After Effects
