Job Description

Im looking for the perfect candidate that has all the following skillsets – instead of hiring specialists in each of the categories.

This is a professional level job, im looking for someone who can work side by side myself – the CEO of a rapidly growing company.

Wage will entirely depend on your skillset and amount of the following tasks you can be proficient in.
This will be a part-time or full time position – with 4-8 hours per day and a wage between $8-$12 per hour.

If you dont have experience in one of the categories but feel you are very strong in others – I will still consider you for the job and will appreciate your honesty. In this case, I can potentially have you as the main VA, and hire a specialist for the other category.

1) Amazon FBA – I run a new store here with just 1 product right now. I’m launching 5 more this year. As I scale, I will need a VA with experience in FBA to help with CPC strategy, editing the right images, adding product variants, navigating FBA policy, and addressing customer issues.

2) Email Marketing – I will need someone to take over my Email Marketing Campaign. I use KLAVIYO right now, and require someone experienced in it to generate email welcome flows as well as followups and when we launch new products and promos.

3) Customer Service – We get about 250 orders a month and the company is growing. I will require a VA to job shadow the way I talk and respond to customers, and eventually mimic this style – sorting through emails and directing any important ones to me, while solving any that you can independently solve – especially if those relate to amazon, or other aspects of the business.

4) Managing Social Media – I have a facebook group of about 20,000 + members that is otherwise completely unmanaged. I need to reset the group by weeding out any inactive members, then reset and shave someone facilitating conversation and posting our new youtube videos and promotions for items we sell. I also have a Instagram with over 700k followers and Youtube with over 1 million.. I dont necessarily need content developed here, but I am considering having someone help manage comments as we go forward.

5) Photoshop / Graphic Design / Adobe Illustrator – I am constantly developing images for different campaigs, our blog, and new product launches. Some of these are product packaging for example. You would be a big asset if you had the skillset to design the packaging according to my brand.
